About EmailNa

EmailNa explains email in plain English. Each guide answers one question with exact steps, so you can fix the problem and get on with your day.

How the guides are written

Menu names and settings change often, so guides are checked against the official help pages from Google, Microsoft, Apple and Yahoo wherever they exist, and the sources are listed at the bottom of each guide. If a step no longer matches what you see, please tell us and we will fix it.

Who runs it

EmailNa is run by David Ray in Palm Harbor, Florida, a web developer who works with email every day. David also makes Veml, an email list checker. The guides for senders mention Veml where it helps, and they always say so. EmailNa is not affiliated with Google, Microsoft, Apple or Yahoo.

Is EmailNa a temporary email service?

No. EmailNa does not create, host or hand out email addresses. It is a help site only.
